Mahanavami Dibba has on all four sides prominent bas relief sculptures depicting animals,royal portraits,foreign travellers,hunting scenes and wildlife,acrobats,etc.There are references by Abdur Razzak and Domingo paes,visitors to Vijayanagara empire.
